I have been asked by McDonalds employees to download this app but when I downloaded that app and Registered for it I couldnt get it to work cant believe it like McDonalds but not a good app

This app was working great and I enjoyed getting the deals but for the last week or so it always says it has technical difficulties in getting the deals

Just tried the mobile ordering and curbside pick up and it was great! So easy and nice to skip the drive-through line. I also like that I can save my favorite orders so things are even faster next time.

The deals the app names didnt apply at my local store. When I mentioned them they had no idea that they even existed. Another strike against this app. McDonalds should learn from Wendys. The Wendys app lets you pay from the app. No digging for cash and change. McDonalds just pretty much identifies nearby stores and provides the menu. Now that breakfast is all day allow the addition of a credit card to allow purchases from the iPhone!!

... decent because of the deals. Basically what I learned during setup is that every time it gives you problems one should fully close the app, restart it and try again. Yes, its a pain in the butt but the deals are pretty good and can save quite a bit of $.

I have an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS update. Ive been using the McDonalds app for a few months now, and it has been great. The best thing about this app is the free burgers? with any purchase, and the buy five McCafes and get one free. I love coffee☕️ so this is awesome. Before I knew about this app, I hadnt been to a McDonalds for over 5 years. This app has definitely changed that. Great deals like Free fry Fridays!!? AMAZING deals. Rarely there are times when the app does stop working and says its having technical difficulties. Hopefully McDonalds has even more great deals like these cause I will stay a customer for that.

First time I tried to use a coupon the store computer spit back a "not a qualifying purchase" rejection on a coupon that offered a free item with ANY purchase. Customer service tried to tell me that any purchase meant something besides, well, any purchase.

No much to say try opening and wait 10 minutes. It is especially embarrassing when you are trying to open before you get to the drive through line and it finally opens after you leave. I know high school kids that can build a more responsive app. It is hard to believe a company with so many resources would allow this to continue when every store is aware of the problems.

This app would be very very helpful. There is only one problem...the restaurant. When I go to mcdonalds the people dont know how to use it. Also i feel threaten to use.

Every time I go the coupons dont work Ive tried everything

I just updated the latest version of this app and it deleted all the coffees that I had accumulated! Dont update!

I saw an add for the app at mcdonalds and decided to give it a shot even though I dont go too often. Wasted my time downloading and creating an account because apparently this thing doesnt actually work for anyone. I created my account, went to log in and it states that my "email or password doesnt exist". I figured maybe I didnt create my account correctly so attempted to create it again and received an "this account already exists" message. Dont even waste your time like I did. Its better not to eat this crap anyway.

Every time I have used the app the manager in the store has helped me and it has been great!

Update 2: June 14, and several app versions later - this still happens!! -1 star Update: no deals ever load any more. I just some error that says "this error is returned if the application is not registered in the eCP." So disappointing. Its probably cost me $50 at least in lost ability to use deals. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesnt work. App has become unusable on iPhone 7 since update. I was a daily user of the "deals" and now app just aborts 1 second after lauching.

My wife and I stop by for breakfast quite often and we try to use the app. Many times it does not work. Our app shows it is the latest version but it does not work all the time and is very annoying. Today the app. opened with an ad for a buy 1 get 1 free McMuffin. There was no scalable coupon for that and the restaurant would not honor the ad without the coupon. We ended up going to Burger King for breakfast.

Very disappointed with this process. The first time I placed an order. I waited 15 minutes till I went into the store to tell them I had been waiting and picked up my order. The second, third, and fourth time I recieved an error message that the purchase did not go through. There were three pending charges on my credit card and a couple of days later three charges on my card. Ten days later after submitting an inquirey to Mc App they told me that 24-48 hrs after the charge I would get a credit back. Clearly 10 days is more than 24-48 hours. Final resolution from Mc. You need to dispute the charges with your credit card company. I will be deleting this app. I really was hoping it would work.

Every time I try to go in the Mc Donalds app it asks me to login/sign-up. Every time I do so it kicks me out and say "you already have have an account". It also says "Im not signed-up". My phone works fine by the way.

Downloaded the app and after it asked to allow push notification all I got was bouncing fries for at lease 15 min before I gave up and closed app

What language was this app written in? QBasic?! Why is it painfully sloowwww. It takes 15 minutes to load! Also Facebook login fails every time. McDonalds, I would think a multimillion dollar empire could hire better programmers.

This app is useless. It doesnt work 99% of the time!
