The glitches are exasperating. Cashier cant process, lost all five of my McCafe purchases, technical difficulties. Love it when it works!

Earlier this week I had 4 McCafe purchases. This morning I go for my 5th and the previous purchases were gone!! Recent purchases say I have nothing! Ive never had this problem. I only go to McDonalds for the frappes. If this happens again Im done!

This app was my favorite compared to the other fast food apps this one is good. But the coupons never work for me. When I scan them they always say "invalid coupon". Most times the manager can over write but Id really wish this app would work.

I love the Caramel Mocha. They are great, but my reward punches keep vanishing. Ive had five punches either three or four times and they vanish. I hope they can fix this soon.

This app never works! Once your at Mc Donalds it just spins around and asks you the register. The Mc Donalds fries jump up and down. Please fix. Thanks.

App crashed at the cash register.

I got a notification that I had a deal waiting for me and when I got to the store it wouldnt let me log in. It said they were experiencing "technical difficulties." And earlier in the week another McDonalds didnt take an app coupon at a drive through. You would think McDonalds would have the money to execute a simple app like other chains have had for years.

Great app with great deals! Cant complain when you spend $1.50 for a mcchicken and get a free medium frappe :)

Deals mentioned in the App doesnt work at the participant McDonalds Store. Waste of Downloading the App.

Used the BOGO sandwich coupon on the New Signature burglers one day and even double fillet-of-fish another time. Now thats a deal! IM LOVIN IT!??❤️

Will not accept Gmail login

I was charged $80 for my order when I paid with the app. Very frustrating that the restaurant was unable to assist me with my refund. I was told to contact customer service who was even less helpful. I had to dispute it with my bank. Thank you McDonalds, I will go back to Burger King.

The deals said 1x/day but after using it the day before, the deal wont work anymore. And the store I use it doesnt even want to honor it even if it says you can use it 1xday. Couple of deals are not allowed in one transaction, employees and manager refused to ring up separate transaction. BK app and coupon is way better because they let you use it in one transaction only

Cant combine deals & McCafe rewards in the same transaction. The app should automatically recognize if youve earned a free McCafe after 5 and auto apply it rather than make you do a whole new transaction.

Since this latest update, my McCafe punch card was wiped to zero. I reported this issue to customer service and their reply was totally useless copy & paste! There is NO Customer service.

Love McD coffee best of all; usually but 2 large coffees everyday. This app touts buy 5 get one free. Several times the scanner didnt work, but three times now, the app drops my count so I start over. This app seems to take up employee time, slow down service without delivering results.

In my area (large metro city), at night when theyre running the drive thru on one window they dont have scanners to scan the deal codes. Their solution is for you to give them your phone so they can walk it across the store on slippery floors to a counter register, while you hope and pray they dont drop it. I know they should be able to just enter the four-character code manually, but apparently they arent training anyone to do that.
