After my update my McCafe disappeared. These discounts are suppose to help you save but right now I am beginning to think its a joke to get you to come purchase food that is not good for you anyway and now I am doing updates daily.

I have saved money every time I visit McDs with the deals. Those of you wondering why your stamps disappear for your McCafe... its because you have earned a free one! Look in your deals!

Whom ever is in charge of this app... Fire them and the developers associated with it . McDonalds can do better than this! Customers first! Give your loyal customers an app that works.

Too many glitches doesnt work right

I already have an account and was previously logged in until the most recent update. Whenever I try to login it wont let me and says that theyre having technical errors at the moment. Im like okay Ill just make a new account. Same thing happens. As of right now this app is totally useless to me

I almost starved and then as I look over, I see it red, amazing and shiny yellow m. I look it up and my mental and physical hunger is conquered.

The app is a great concept for McDonalds. I actually choose to eat here more often because of the deals. However it always has issues opening and loading, even when Im in a Mcdonalds. Never do I have an issue using the Burger King or White Castle app. For the biggest fast food corporation, you guys need to invest more in IT and Tech Development if you want to compete with other local fast food restaurants.

This latest update is a failure. I load it at home to see what deals are available and if I want to go or not. Get close to The store and in the drive thru and it decides not to work at all. No deals and no McCafe rewards. I enjoy the food but will stop coming if this does not get fixed.

I downloaded this app to get a free fry and drink with the new signature sandwich. Turns out I used that offer more than once already and another one. Plus a offer to get one signature sandwich get one free using the offer on the app. Point is. I feel like Im robbing McDonalds with this. The offers change, but so far no problems. Im very impressed ??

I downloaded expecting a nice app to be able to get credits for food but I cant even log into the app

It takes so long to open the app and pull up the code to scan the beverage purchase that the people in line start grumbling. Take a hint from the Starbucks or DD app and have this gesture come up right away.

As of right now Ive been sitting waiting for an order more than 10 minutes. Good idea terrible execution. Dont waste your time. They are not ready

I had 4 of 5 McCafe drink stamps and now they are all gone.

I lost my card! I reported it lost!

Ive scanned all my rewards for the "free" coffee and EVERYTIME I have one more to go it deletes! Then I try to go to recent orders and all it shows is it loading!?!? So I can NEVER get my rewards ???

The McCafé Buy 5 Get 1 Free doesnt show up every time when we buy & scan. Two out of three times it didnt register our purchases. :( Needs to be fixed, or go back to the sticker method where we collected 5 stickers on a card and turned it in for a freebie. Thanks!
