I originally downloaded the app to save money & I honestly use it 3 out of 4 times a week! Its amazing. I get to save money & get free things along the way. I was already eating there almost every day but downloading the app really made the difference in my wallet. I definitely recommend downloading it!

Doesnt always automatically input your coffee purchase.

This is the second time that I have purchased several items for the McCafe and before i get to the "free" one the app resets to no prior purchases. Feels like a scam. Ive been diligent about showing the cashier my phone w/app, do the scan, only to find out a few purchases later that app reset to no purchases.

Yes, dont bother. ?? Have not received four free mcCafes yet?

Another failed attempt. Dont count on the punch card. It deletes them all right before youre about to redeem it

All the apps work except for the McCafe rewards punch csrd. They have not worked for about 2 months now. They did work before then. I have about 2 ice coffees a day, so I am missing out on the free one. I am not happy about it.

I love my visits when I have a promotion deal.

As far as getting deals, they work. REWARDS DO NOT WORK CONSISTENTLY. If you are lucky, you have a 50/50 shot. I should have 2 rewards, app shows I have 2 more to purchase?? Fix this app! This has been going on for months.

Had no problem within the first week of using the app. The deals and functionality were quite good. I enjoyed the app while it worked properly. Each time I go to use the app now, it crashes. Very frustrating...

App is for deals and mobile ordering, but you cant apply deals to mobile orders. Thats ridiculous. I have the app set up with my location so it only shows deals my local McDs is participating in, but I still get days where they tell me an error is coming up on their register after scanning so they cant give me the deal.

I hat it yall always give me bad tea thats in sweet when I ask for sweet tea.

I been thinking really hard about this but Im not sure why United State flag needs to be there out side of your stores?

They dont honor rewards. The deals never go thru. I do not understand why they offer deals if they dont want to honor them.

This app is absolutely ??!!! I have literally only had it for five minutes and Im uninstalling it.

My 4 McCafe points were erased! Im so mad, it says it doesnt expire until December!

The app is okay when working. You save a dollar or sometimes a little more on your order, depending on the deals offered and what youre ordering. Would be nice if the app worked a little more similar to Starbucks app, in that youre rewarded for repeat visits. Then Id score it 5 ⭐️s. So keep the app WORKING and enhance the rewards offered, and youre good, McDs!

Everytime I try to use it it loads super slow. Just went thru drive thru and it wouldnt pop up the scan thing. You think they would offer help or say well okay no just waited I said forget my order and left. Ive left other times as well. Like the others say if youre not gonna make it customer friendly and free dont say it is. Im definitely not loving it.
