Ive been to 4 McDs in 6 days. App couldnt be read by scanner in store for McCafe earn/ redeem. Shift mgrs override was necessary for the earned beverage, no credit earned for me though. McDs keeps promoting the use of the app. The developers need to work on this. Use of other coupons in app almost always require and override by a Mgr. This surely cant be productive for the stores.

Just downloaded the app. Tried to register by linking to my google account, and it crashed. Tried registering again and got a message that my google account has already been registered. Okay... Tried logging in, and got an error message that profile does not exist. Fail...

I was 3 McCafe drinks in to the buy 5, get 1 free. Since the update theyve disappeared! Im upset that I have to start over, and those may be erased like the last. Really? Other than that Ive appreciated the coupons.

Was working till about 1 week.ago on my smart phone. Have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling o no avail keeps telling me it is not working even stopped at A&T ..they working me nothing wrong with phone.All other apps like burger king dennys etc working ok.

I frequent McDs because if the $2 Frappe and seen the app advertising free sandwich of choice with app download, however there is nothing showing how to get the free sandwich of my choice or anything. Dont offer me something that is not really being offered, because of this ploy I will actually stop going to McDs and detour to Burger King. Your going to lose loyal clientele BC of this McDs.

I dont want McDonalds tracking my location. Not useful unless you let them. Deleted it before setup was complete.

I had 4 mccafes in my account but when the so updated, it wiped my 4 drinks. Hmmm. Now I have to start from the beginning again. Thats okay, Id rather Starbuckss anyway.

I have been hunting the app trying to redeem the chance to win a Nintendo thing for my nephew who has been a Mario fan for his entire 12 years of life. Imagine the disappointment when you cant even navigate your way around the complete McFailure of an app to enter. Disgusting!!! Get it together people cause if your ducks aint in a row ... someone elses will be!

Its fine, and it reliably offers deals that my local McDonalds is able to scan. I really wish theyd offer ingredient customization in the app like you can do on the site.

I love the app, when it works. I get more dissapointments with this app than savings. My latest frustration is now it keeps telling me there are no deals. Which I know is not true. Please do better McDonald's.

I buy 1-3 Frappes or smoothies 3x week. I have 4 punches on my "card". Since it takes hours for a purchase to show up, there is really no way to make sure you get credit for purchases. I often get an extra for my husband but I can only get a stamp on one. Also, I go through the drive thru as I am often too tired after a medical treatment to walk in and wait. I have to remember to give the cashier my iPhone before the money as I have been told many times "its too late". This is very frustrating! I like to think Im getting a reward for buying anything, but my reward is feeling more like a punishment. BK app lets me use multiple coupons and they serve some kind of iced coffee. Taco Bell serves a type of frozen drink. I may have to change my preferred cold pre and or post dialysis drink. Maybe if this was never offered, the opportunity to earn a free drink, I would be content. Since it is offered, I just feel irritated.

Requires location services even when you dont dont use the app to do ANYTHING. Got it to enter a contest for my kids. Says scan the offer. There is NO SCAN BUTTON.

The bogo mcmuffin coupon doesnt work and they wont comp at stores.

The ap promises buy 5 get 1 free. We now have not received credit for three earned rewards. We communicated to McDonalds through the "Contact us" link and no reply, credit or fix. Store staff just says "ok" when we report.

My app was working excellent. Got the sausage McMuffin for a dollar every morning for a few weeks as well as other deals. Then all of a sudden the app won't even open anymore. Reinstalled twice. Restarted phone as well. Nothing!

Every time I open the app it kicks me out and Im triggered cause I love my McDanks. Fix it and Ill think about redownloading, but Im just annoyed as hell. Update: now none of the deals are even showing up. ?

3 times my wife and I have been on our way to redeem an offer for buy one get one free medium milkshakes. Three times before or when we arrived the offer had disappeared! Other flaws in the app have been disappointing. We dont want to cut off our nose to spite our face but this is ridiculous!

Does not include deals of day in ordering menu. Difficult to navigate. As a stockholder very disappointed.
