There is always an issue with the app. Every time I get to the five coffees it resets any I never receive my free coffee. A few times the app had system errors and I could not receive the rewards.

I work at McDonalds and this app is more trouble then it is worth. When the app does not work for a costumer the employees are the ones getting yelled at. The employees are only the workers, not the people who can fix the app. Not all of the barcodes scanned will work. The other day I had two I scanned. The register told me the barcode did not work. I then typed the code in. Do you think it worked? No way. Not being able to use more then one deal at a time is a pain. The customers have to make two transactions. The best part of the app is the free six piece nugget deal for when the Tigers score six or more runs. This app could be awesome. Please fix the glitches. It will make it easier for those using the app and for the workers

Very slow. Often I miss out on deals as waiting in drive thru I open app, order, drive around to pay and app does not open. HELP?!?!?!?

My family eats McDonalds on a fairly frequent basis. This app allows us to pick our way to less expensive meals all the time. Thanks for the help!!!

Wish I would have downloaded it sooner! After 3 friends, all separately, told me I needed to get it recently, Im very glad I listened to them! ????

I loved this app until I started trying to use the punchcard. The first time they offered the special I had no problems, but ever since they updated their app with their cutesy bouncing french fries, it never works. When McDonalds contacted me about my punchcard not working they requested the most ridiculous information. To redeem a $2.70 item I would have to provide every receipt, date and time of every purchase, all of the store numbers for all of the purchases, if I was on Wi-Fi or data... The list goes on and on. Waste of time.

I was using this app on my android perfectly. About 3 months ago I switched to ask iPhone and I cannot log in. I click to login with an email and it says it already exists and to try to log in with Google or Facebook. I try with either of those and it says there is no account try using your email. Ugh. I really wanted to use my free coffee

Its a great safer if you eat out alot but Im tired of spending money for savings if its going to keep resetting my mccafe stamps. This has now happened twice. Cant win ? if you keep deleting my earnings. First time needed one more to get free one. Second time needed only two before free one. Now I have to start over! This bug needs to be fixed.

Had all five purchases logged for a free beverage. The next day the app through up "were having technical difficulties" errors. The next thing I know, it erased all my earnings and started me back at zero. No response received from email contact.

Mobile ordering was easy and convenient. And best off all didnt have to wait in line!

I save money and use it every single time I go. The only thing Id like to see change is being able to use a coupon and get a punch card

Are you serious? This is a McDonalds App, I only want it to see if maybe once in a while I could get a cheap breakfast but you HAVE to have location services on to use it at all. Even if you actually type in where you live it only registers it for about 2 seconds, as soon as you return to the main screen its telling you to turn on location services again. What a joke!

This app has been modified and the login has been tied to use Google or Facebook! But despite authorizing FB login; the app STILL insists on the user entering Email and Password! Its simply moronic and no longer usable

Downloaded the app, ordered our food and we were never able to check in so they couldnt make our order. We had to basically order all over again at the restaurant, not convenient or time saving in any way, none of the free stuff worked either so this app is crap. ???

Its pretty good but it could use some work. Some items available(non temporary) are not visible in the menu via the mobile app. There are a lot of times where the "deal" section has nothing, or junk that applies to very few people. This has potential to be a very useful item. But at the moment... its sorta mehhh.

I had 4 McCafe purchases and then all four were deleted. No response from email contact.

Dont download this app, it is designed to extort you for your information before you can even use it.

There are always issues with the system and instead of giving me credit when I purchased a coffee and the store was unable to scan my account, I get no return emails related to my issues. Additionally, the app should support more than one promotion at a time per sale but they always have to be done separately. Other apps allow more than one but this one only allows one at a time. Its very antiquated. When updating the app that should be changed. McDonalds is not going to go bankrupt because someone got a free drink and fries and only paid for the sandwich and pie. Please update and allow money and perhaps a way to earn not only drinks but food also. Wawa will occasionally send app users a free sandwich, latte, chips, etc. Its very enticing because youre getting rather expensive but if I knew that more free things were coming a bit more regularly, I would spend more. Update your app!!!
