Forces you to upgrade frequently; specials never change; offers little value. Its a poorly done app — and surprisingly so, given McDs huge resources. One gets the feeling this app is more about data collection (yours) than offering anything of value.

You can find a store with a zip code, but deals arent available unless you let the app track your location. Garbage app to match the food.

I had 3 purchases (toward the 5 McCafes) and then the app had me re-log in the next time I tried using. Not only were the three original purchases not showing, but the additional one I purchased never registered either (and I always scan the code). Not reliable :-/

Wont load and wont connect half the time especially when youre at the drive through window waiting to pay. If you load it too early it wont work so you have to wait until youre ready to use it. Its nice to get the bogo and frappe rewards when it does work.

I love this food

3 times now Ive been screwed out of my McCafè reward. Have had only one more to get and BOOM! They disappear! Was better with cards and sticker I guess. Erasing app off my phone. Just another headache to deal with.

The deals are okay. $1 this, $1 that. BOGOs. But, it doesnt have the prices. Really? Thats the main reason I downloaded it. O well, Wendys four for four here I come!

This is a very good app generally speaking. I have experienced it deleting my purchased cups of coffee prematurely. I reported the problem.

I HATE this ap... for a large company, you would think theyd have a better ap. Why I dislike: it loads sooooo S...L...O....W. the jumping fries is annoying to me now. When you use the $1 off Lg. McCafe, it never counts towards your purchases... Even though a large still costs more than a sm w/ coupon. So you can spend less & buy smalls, than get a free large. But cant save on larger, and get a free one for your buy 5. You can only use 1 thing at a time. So for promotions of free stuff (MN had free breakfast sandwich, no purchase necessary, if gophers won). You couldnt use $ off purchase coupon, plus get free sandwich... its all around a very poorly designed ap

This app will never open when I am in a McDonalds restaurant. If I want to use the deals I have to open the app before I arrive and pick the deal before I get to the restaurant or it wont work. Depends on the store hoe or if they will use the coupons when you try to use it. Wont even work when you are connected to McDonalds extra slow speed internet connection. Lew

Every time I open the app nothing loads, so I have to re open it, and even then it will sign me out and delete my account from the sign in page. And even when everything loads in it wont give me any of the deals/coupons. Thank you and good day.

It logs you out and says there is an issue to register you or log in its just terrible

I cant count the number of times Ive been logged out at this point, the app has trouble loading on a brand new iPhone which is probably due to the unnecessary video footage, overall Ive had the chance to use the app once over the past 2 dozen visits to a McDonalds due to its failure to load or my suddenly being logged out of the app. If this were a smaller scale company I wouldnt be leaving such a poor review, but if youre a major chain putting out such a lackluster app? And the apps main purpose is coupons? How is this performing THIS badly when it only has a half dozen features?

New update doesnt allow log in from Facebook. Just keeps clocking.

Update: no deals ever load any more. I just some error that says "this error is returned if the application is not registered in the eCP." So disappointing. Its probably cost me $50 at least in lost ability to use deals. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesnt work. App has become unusable on iPhone 7 since update. I was a daily user of the "deals" and now app just aborts 1 second after lauching.
