Every time I try to use the codes they dont work in the system. Some stores are kind enough to honor them, but others say they cant. The app is also very slow!

I love this app they have amazing deals. So if you love McDonalds you should get this app especially if your a sucker for their fries like me.

Te app takes waaaay to long to tart up. If you have the app open and then leave to write a text most of the time it needs to restart the app again so youll be waiting another 5 minutes waiting for it to load. I love the deals it haves because it can be a real money saver. But if Im at a McD and the app just takes to long then I just leave because I already spent to much time waiting for it.

This app rarely works properly, codes dont scan properly, manager always needed to figure it out but they clearly have no training on it. Before implementing this it would be a good idea to work out the bugs in the stores. It doesnt matter how well the app works if it doesnt work in the store the app is useless except as a frustration tool.

I like that app and the savings. The problem is that it is so hard to find an employee who knows what to do. One employee said I had to buy all 5 coffees in the same day to get the free one.

5 drinks get one free doesnt work lost 3 drinks already no reply from costumer service

The good: the app serves up coupon deals and the potential to accumulate McCafe points for free drinks. The Bad: the app frequently resets the drink point count to zero; not all McD restaurants support scanning (have the cashier type in the code) and many cashiers cant figure out how to make discount codes work.

You cant do anything unless you enable location services.

It is crap! I have bought 8 frappe & still havent got my free one yet. Still shows I need to buy 1 more.

the fancy dancing fries and moving background is pointless for an app like this. id rather access the deals and menu pages faster than watch digital fries dancing. please go back to the simpler and faster loading version. this new style stinks. will be deleting if not changed soon. used to love the app now i just get angry every time im try to open it.

I bought this app so that I could get free McNuggets from the deal that they were offering that day. But when I go to get my McNugs they say that I have to have them with a purchase! I had read the fine print and it dad nothing of the sort. So I got ripped off hardcore.

the most recent update - before April 17, 2017 - has caused a glitch where I cannot log in with my Facebook.

The app takes so long to load every time I login its extremely frustrating. McDonalds - do yourself a favor and check Dunkin Donuts app and see how it should be done. No one has the time to spend waiting for an app to login when getting FAST food.

I been using this app ever since I found out a out it and it never works 95% of the time. I Bought like 5 McCafes and it barely wants to scan and give me credit for my purchase so I will never get to 5 punches because it never works... When I pull up to McDonalds to purchase my kids some food the app magically stops working and I dont get to use it.

When I was downloading it, it took forever to download. Even the coupons took a while to upload!

The app doesnt even list the hours under location. How bizarre.
