I once had a deal, but now, deals are a thing of the distant past

This update fixed it. Old feedback: Bring back the previous app that worked. Used the previous version frequently, gave up and deleted this one. McD. Needs to replace the exec. that approved this mess with someone that understands customer experience! User error?? Must be using the previous version! Since the latest update app will not work on MCDonalds wifi. Worked prior to the last update. As of December 2016, gives ssl error if on McD wifi. Works with wifi turned off. Visited store on Harbison in Col. SC, today to use Mac Jr 2 for 1 coupon, they no longer sell them.

Its the ONLY reason I have the app.

Always says error never loads any offers. Needs fixed.

Even when the app loads.mcdonalds system is down & wont take the scan...then they say they cant override...bunch of crap

I have emailed Corporate twice. Copied everyone I could find or make up an address for. From Security to Privacy to Webmaster to.... For 5 weeks!!! You know why 5.2.2 is crap and gets so many more "1" ratings? Because there isnt a ZERO RATING!!! Many people have commented: the link is below the bottom of the iPad2 screen and cant be touched. Login with FarceBook or Google? See below-- it tells you your address is already used--duh-- and to just Login. You cant!!! So you cant add or redeem coffees or order anything.... Im a significant stockholder in 4 accounts and still cant get your attention. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE McCAFE!!!!! FIX THE APP! FIX THE APP!! DO I NEED TO SEND YOU A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR FAIL????

I work at a McDonalds and our location is in the test market for mobile ordering. I was excited to test the experience and being a manager, make it easier to assist potential customers with any questions. Unfortunately any time I go to use the app for a mobile order it tells me there is an error and that there are "no products available for the selected category." This happens with any selection that would lead me to final product selection...i.e. Sandwich and meals...drinks It does however allow me to go in to the next select a category screen if there is further separation within the original selection. Id be more than happy to help with any more detail if contacted. This is being done on my iPhone SE with iOS up to date

I thought I was able to find some info that I wanted. But instead, as soon as I downloaded this app made me to add info about myself to continue this app. Even though I followed, it wasnt worth to give my info. So I wanted to delete my account and then I had to send them a msg to claim to delete it. This app also ask my phone number to send a msg to them. What an hassle!!! Not even worth to give a star.

It just saves me a bunch of money at mcdonalds - and I get a lot of free stuff with the coupons - feels kinda ridiculous actually. A lot of buy one get one free offers!

Looking forward to free McCafe drink! Credits disappeared! Disappointed!

I opened the app and suddenly, a pop up showed up about feedback just as I started to use it. Then, as I put my nearby store as my favorite, it didnt recognize me (even though I signed in), and when I tried again, it crashed (it kept crashing as I opened the app again (like 15 times it crashed))

Why do I have to watch the jumping fries for 40 seconds before the deals show up? Hate it! Most of the deals arent really deals. With the 2 for $3 or 2 for $5 menus items I hardly ever use the deals in the app. I wish you could place an order on the app and get through the drive thru quicker.

The app is way too glitchy and rarely ever works and will often give error codes not showing you deals. Not worth your time

Best fast food app out there - fabulous deals and coupons ??????

The deals are great. When you can get to them. The app crashes so much you can never even sign in let alone get the deals tab.

This app doesnt work, have problems logging in and thats if you can even get it to open because it just keeps self closing.

It worked great up until about a year ago when it started crashing every single time I open it, still doesnt work, useless app. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I love the idea of getting "coupons" via this app, however more than half the time they do not scan when presented. When this occurs the cashier must get a manager for an override. In the end, using the app causes me a longer checkout experience. Please make this better!
