Dont waste your time, this McDonalds app rarely offers any deals.deals that are offered are a joke.

Very helpful but needs more color and fancy things on there

The app coupons loaded and worked for me once, then stopped working for months, then worked once more before it now stopped again. It wont let me login or even reset my password leaving the app basically useless. Such a massive global company yet you cant even get an iPhone app to work correctly? No, more like you lure people in thinking theyll have a deal waiting for them only to find out at the register that its not working... Shame on you McDonalds.

App does not work. Downloaded from the App Store onto a new phone. Keeps saying needs to upgrade. Open from the App Store back to same need to upgrade app screen. Total rubbish, bad bad, shame shame.

I was loving the app. I have been using it for months. As of the past 3 weeks I have not been able to open the app. It crashes every time I launch it. I have an iPhone 7 and Im on the latest iOS. I literally cannot use the app any longer because it crashes within seconds of launching it. Ive tried looking for fixes, but for some reason nothing is working.

I had four out of five purchases for Mac café showing, and then the next day I opened it up rather than going to five went to zero and I totally lost the whole thing!! Totally lost my free mac café… :-(

Scanned buy 5 get 1 free drink deal. Stamps appear as 5 drinks and I would go to get some coffees the next day, the stamps are GONE! Then I would start over again. Then gone the next day. Why do I even use this app if it never gets me any free drink?

This app pays the rent.

Mine story is the same as the other. Bought 4 coffees. App fussed because I had to update to use again. Updated app bought 5th coffee used app to record purchase and now I have 0 coffees purchased. What a scam. Force app update and conviently reset purchases to zero. Way to go MDs.

Got the app and set it up according to instructions. But it would not let me sign on. Never got to use app. Whomever designed this program needs to start over and get help designing it.

WHEN the app actually works (you can login without it taking 5 mins & your password connects) the deals are actually legit. But dont count on that happening before you need to checkout. Also, the cafe rewards dont work. Saved up twice now & it clears my purchases... Ill never get my free hot chocolate.

After months of updates that erased my McCafe rewards, you eventually fixed it. Everything was great! Now the app is requiring me to update but there is no update so the app no longer opens. When you fix this latest problem, my rewards will probably be deleted again. McDonalds, please get it right!

After buying 5 McCafe drinks they disappeared before we could get free! This happened to my husband and myself! Deal are not very good. In fact some days only McCafe offer is only offer. McDonalds just wants to push all day breakfast. (Who even wants their breakfast in the morning - its awful)!

Worked at first but anymore it wont let you login when you go to use the app and then I say something to the crew and they just laugh and say its always down. Horrible

Im just talking out my butt but lets be real! This apps was making McDonalds multi million dollar company lose more money than they were actually making, so they make an update which they can make their McDonalds App Crash. Making all of us loose the great advantages they provided. And quite suprisingly its been over 3 weeks now or so and they still havent managed to fix it. LOL SMOOTH.. IE

One of the best fast food apps out now, really great when your low on cash!! and trying to feed more than yourself.

I, like the rest of you couldn't log into the app and lost my 3 rewards towards a free mccafe drink. I have asked the drive thru cashiers about it and they are clue less. Has anyone received any answers from McDonalds? Are we going to get our rewards back or are they lost forever?

The latest update was bad. The app denied my log in. I used have 3 free Mccafe, but they are frozen , can not use. Hope fix bags ASAP

Keep buying frappes and never get me free one !!!
