I have never reviewed an app before but had to review this since I pulled into the drive thru and the app completely stopped working. I told the attendant that I had a coupon but they were unable to see it and neither was I. Really frustrating. Didnt get the deal - deleting app.

Takes a lifetime to open these days and no way I can report the app not working correctly. I have sent several messages through the app and never heard a word back. Pity

Why does it take so long to open. Should load up quicker like others in the category. They got too cute

Yesterday, I purchased my 5th drink using the QR code. I even took a picture of the code showing I only needed one more drink purchase before receiving the 6th free. Well today, all my credits are gone and I did not receive my free drink. This is the second time this has happened to me. To the developers: how do I redeem my free drink?

I have been trying to get this app to work for two weeks now. No luck. And the only reason I would go to Mc Donalds is if I had one of the coupons they advertise you can only get on the app.

Why do I have to keep updating and resign in EVERY time I want to open this app, not worth saving a penny on the time and frustration spent in this app. FAIL Mcdonalds. Makes me rather just go to Wendys

Please stop the app from killing my music when I open it.

I order my food at he drive thru and while Im in line Im told that I need to upgrade the app in order to use it...RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCESS!!! Why does McDonalds force you to upgrade the app...so that you can "experience" the new app...? So we wont miss out on new features...? WHAT NEW FEATURES?? I just wanna order my food so the drive thru order takers and makers can screw up my order and Im too far down the road to turn around because they put effin PICKLES on my burger when I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THAT I HATE PICKLES!!!! So stop forcing us to upgrade while ordering food and make it so that the restaurants can decide the effin scan codes!!! Most restaurants have ZERO clues on how to even handle the app...!! Get it together...!!

Unless you like to watch fries jump in & out of a box then stay from this app! 50% of the time the local McDonalds around here & a 50 mile radius wont accept the app discounts or, their scanner is down!! This would be a great app if they get the bugs worked out!

I love this app for coupons and deals - works every time and is fun

The deal that consist of buying for five drinks and getting the next one free does not work on the app it just starts all over you never get your free drink! That is fraud McDonalds you need to fix this!

The app is extremely slow and it takes forever to launch, load and to pick a code. For whatever reason it pauses my music, which is playing in the background. None of the codes selected worked. Hope its temporary.

The app is like McDonald ice cream machine ??"Not Working"?

For the most part, the app seems to work fine when redeeming offers. On a couple occasions it did not work but they made adjustments to my total at the restaurant. My main complaint is after using the app, which makes the screen brighter so it can easily be scanned, when you are done using it, the screen stays full bright and will not go back to its original settings. Mine is set as auto brightness but after using the app, it stays full brightness and I have to go into settings to correct it every time. That is such a pain :(

Literally never works. Deals dont scan and the code doesnt work. Always have to call a manager to get the deals. Mobile ordering doesnt work either, says nothing available.

The deals that are offered within app is great. Save a lot of $$$. Thank you. To make this app better, please turn "off" the video portion of app. When the video starts I lose my music through Apple Music , and other music apps, through my headphones and Bluetooth connections and get dead silence. I have to exit the app to get back to my music. Very annoying! Only 3 stars due to this. Please resolve this issue.

Downloaded it two weeks ago. Still havent used it once. It doesnt offer deals like the Burger King app does. Well like today, its advertising the mcchicken and Mcdouble for a dollar to celebrate baseball. These arent sales. They are every day prices at least where I am. I dont see any benefit of having this app. The specials arent that good or are just menu priced. Sure you may get something if you buy something but its usually something stupid.

Crashes and asks me to log on but then crashes again

It says there is a deal today I go to it and says no deals. With a error message . So 1 star

Had to write quite a few times... yes the first 1-2 times was using the app in the beginning - was all me... BUT the rest was you- since that big update, I refill my punchcard and now BAM I lose the free drink... FIX your app please.. it also takes way too long to load and usually I just say "forget it- its still loading" then I lose out, so whats the sense of having it on my phone??
