Last night I had 4 purchases on my rewards towards a free McCafe (1 away from a free one), this morning I woke up to 0 (and my account is completely wiped out of all purchase history). This app is useless if its randomly deleting rewards once youre 1 away from free and wiping out your account.

4 Ice coffees down then next day all changed app started over. Will be deleting

The app USED to be acceptable. At the least, it would open and let me use a coupon or "deal". But I was recently required to update the app (wouldnt open, otherwise) and now it wont let me open it. It keeps asking me to sign in. When I attempt to do so, it says "that email address is already registered". Yeah! To me! And, thats all while Im trying to sign in using my Facebook account, like I was signed in before! For a company that makes as much money as McDs does, youd think theyd be able to hire competent programmers for their app. Just sad. ?

The deal section does not work properly it never has any deals no matter what McDonalds I am near

Current version often freezes in Deals. Closing and re-launching doesnt help. Deals promised to work daily for weeks disappear after redeemed just once. Not impressed. I expect better from McDonalds.

This app hardly ever works right. I'm standing at the counter and the dang thing won't load. People behind me are getting frustrated with me because McDonald's app won't work. At least when you had the stickers I never lost out. I collected them and redeemed. I have missed out on so many I thing I'll try Hardee's maybe theirs will work better! Four thumbs down!

Terrible! Sometimes works. Crashes, keeps making you log in, on & on. Mostly useless. For a major corporation, this is a discrace.

I figured I could save time by ordering via this app and picking up my food without having to stand in line, ordering, and then waiting around like a moron for my to-go order. What the hell, seriously? I cant place an order via the app? What the point then?

Cant sign in, cant reset my password and cant create a new account because "my email is already registered." HOW?? I JUST made a new email!! This app is completely useless!

I can use app to scan my daily coffee. I get a text when I have reached my 5 cups to get a free cup of coffee, never have been able to get a free cup!! what good is the app? just slows me down in the morning opening it and scanning. it needs to be fixed!!

Got my first free coffee but it didnt show up and I should have 1 coffee on the next five but it didnt show up either. Probably wont use again.

The first time I got to five McCafe items the coupon worked . Today for the third time -- no coupon -- just started over with scan 1.

When I downloaded the new app a few days ago I lost my credits towards a free coffee.

Why isnt ALL the fats listed in grams instead of calories then have to divide 9? What is the app soooooooo slow? Why does the app act like its reloading all the time? Why do the cashiers seemed stumped by the app or the scanners dont work? The cashiers been handling money all day - I dont want them handling my phone! Now I cant log in anymore or retrieve a password. Says cant find info on my email to reset password AND says my email address is already in use so cant register again... cant have it both ways- fix it!

Just doesn't work. The app went to crap. 5 stars for royally messing this one up.

....but half the time, the employees dont know how to apply the discount. For example, I tried using the $4 for two breakfast sandwiches. The employee told me it was buy one sandwich for $4. MOST OF THE SANDWICHES ARE UNDER $4!!! Done with this app and place.

The app worked normal on first use. Was able to locate McDonalds near me and use the offer deals. Since then, it only shows the one location I first used the app and their deals. Which happened to be in another state where I was on vacation. If I move the map to my location it shows my blue GPS dot in the correct location but no stores. If I type in a zipcode it zooms back to the first store again. Needs fixed.

It used to work okay, but now its literally impossible to log in. It brings up the "sign in with Facebook" Safari window and completely freezes. Ive tried deleting and redownloading the app with no luck. This is losing you guys business, fix your app!
