Everytime I use the app I have to login (again) and it takes a good 3-5 minutes to get to the coupon I want to use. Its frustrating to be waiting in line to order and having to go through this arduous process each time. Theres also too much animation and graphics which also slows the app down. Please make it simple and easy to use like the original app!

Well its nice to have the app for the coupons and tracking your coffee purchases, (which manages to lose track of the number that you purchased so you never really do get your free coffee) it doesnt make a whole lot of sense if it takes forever while youre standing there waiting to place your order for the app to load. This is especially frustrating when youre in the drive-through lane! And now there is supposed to be an update available and its been a half an hour downloading into my phone and getting loaded. Seems like something could be done to speed things along. Im sure the people at the counter dont appreciate the fact that Im holding up the wine while waiting for the app to load so they can scan the QR code. Sometimes the QR code wont scan, which means they have to enter the numbers physically, and when that doesnt work then they have to get the manager. It seems as if the entire system needs to be revamped.

App works flawlessly for me. The low ratings are probably from McD haters in my opinion. I use it everyday and have saved a ton of money. If you like McD get this app. BTW, the update worked fine for me.

Ever since update i cant even open my app. Really? I would take my kids literally everyday but now it just ticks me off and i go to Burger King since i can use coupons there.

The buy 5 frappe ,get one free takes forever to go through. It shouldnt take days to come to my phone!!!!

Wasted my time! Unable to login on iPad!

This app is so bad on many levels. (1) Why do you need my location?!? Super creepy that I cant opt out of location info. (2) why does it take sooo long to get to any items after launching, because its downloading some lame launch video. Just what I need when Im in a hurry to use the QR at the checkout or drive thru. (3) rewards missing, only after I leave the store I realize the scan code never registered in my account.

I only have one complaint of the app and its that it turns off my music when I browse the deals. Which isnt that big of a deal. Pros- Easy to navigate Usually a great deal or two per week Quick to use at store Cons- Im eating more processed bull* but its okay in moderation

App not taking my address after deleting all my addresses from my account. Not logging me in from diff mobiles. Not taking my order by saying "invalid parameter". so the coupon codes can't be use by online ordering or calling, then y such codes are there.............. fooling ur own customers

App is useless for locating stores because it doesnt list important info like hours of operation. Seriously?

these deals only take like 40 cents off my order sometimes smh

How does such a large company fail at bringing there products to the digital age? This app is terrible.

I ordered online and when I came to pick it up, everything was declined but I still payed. SO WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME

Extremely poor app for a giant like McDonalds. Unbelievable really. It starts with the strange password requirement demanding both upper and lower case letters. Since I cant use my normal password conventions I am doomed to forever forgetting my all important McPassword. REally? Are people trying to break into my McDonalds app on a regular basis? I think the developer is a few fries short of a Happy Meal. And it just gets worse from there...

I check my coupons in the morning and order from mcdonalds. Before I pay, they disappear. Extremely disappointing.

Alas, yet another app that wants to track your locations even when youre not using it!

It is no good. It does not work. It is a piece of crap. Although i enjoy the food i really really disapprove!

The app wont even download the latest update. SMH

First the deals are good deals in the app. They give a variety to choose from so it feels like I always have a deal I can use. That I like. The one irritating thing is the fact that if you are playing Spotify, Podcast, or iTunes music while you open the app, the app turns off what you are listening to. That is rather annoying as the app has no sound and I am 100% of the time listening to something when I go to use the app. If they fixed this issue Id raise the rating but right now its no more than 3 stars

It stops TuneIn Radio when it opens.
