Every time the app is updated I lose the ability to log in. I can log in to the website so I am positive my email/password are correct. Very frustrating! And not what I would expect from McDonalds.

Updated the app & lost all my rewards

Just downloaded it and the loyalty program is not available. You would think a major corporation can get their app right especially when they are advertising their loyalty program for the McCafe.

Cant log in despite knowing my previously recorded username & password.

After the update I dont get lots of free food only one a week

First off, the app is super laggy. Second, it tells you everything about the location (address, phone, wifi, drive thru) except the time of operation...

my app said i had a free McCafe coming after buying two ( only getting crdit for one). there was a notification to update the app... so i did. it erased all my points and i had to start over.... not happy!

Just downloaded because I wanted to buy a coffee and get into the loyalty program but it wont let log in, already try several times like 15, uninstalled and installed again still not working. Thanks Macdonald for the waste of time. I have to rate 1 start because it wont let choose "0".

I would like to see an order via the app choice with pay when u get there or pay with iTunes and u get to skip the line and get your food faster I think itd help the app and McDonalds

Ive never had such a frustrating app! After I have 3 McCafes, Im thinking oh boy, soon Ill get my freebie! WRONG! Now I cant get into my app on my iPhone! It keeps sending me back to "log in" then "register " and wont move on. And this was while I was IN a McDonalds!

They had some ok deals but I cant check the deals if Im not at a McDonalds? Like how do I know if I want to go to mcdonalds if I dont know the deals? Makes no sense and the app is messy.

Was able to place order through mobile, easy and good stuff.

I installed this app figuring to use it to locate McDonalds restaurants but for some reason it cant find any. I even entered the zip code for a town I knew had one and still says no restaurants found.

Im glad the app actually works now, but I really dislike how the app constantly needs to see my location. If I turn location services off, which it normally is, I cant see any of the deals that are offered. Itd be much better if I just entered my zip code and selected a store, so that way I dont need to enable location services every time I want to see the deals.
