McDonald's App Reviews

I tried using this in spite of all the bad reviews, and let me assure you theyre there for a reason! I tried signing up like you would anything else, followed instructions to the letter, etc.. Wouldnt send me the verification email you need to finish signing up. So today, a week and a half later, I randomly get the email. Re downloaded the app (that I had already given up on), and it proceeded to lock me out saying, too many failed attempts. Which there wasnt. The creator of the app, or whomever is updating it to make it better... Has no idea at all what their doing. Its a useless app for such a large chain, what.. Like one of the biggest in this country? Its only good for pissing you off. And I dont even like McDonalds unhealthy food. But I have kids, so the occasional mccafes I allowed them to have: no more! I was only in it for those benefits, and the free shake that I was going to treat my son with. Not worth your time.

Offers a coupon to download the app, the offers no deals, no employees know how it works, wasted gas driving to mcdonalds to figure it out. POS app, BS deal

Dont bother. This app is worthless. Just pictures no real content. Cant even pay with the app.

I came in to mcdonalds ordered 2 meals and Tabitha was very friendly !! Love the app she helped me use as was my first time using this app.

Login does not work. Enjoyed app until it logged me out for newest "update". It appears the login is supposed to be accessed by scrolling down the registration screen, but no matter what I do, I cant get the screen to move. So its useless to me since I cant use my rewards or earn them without logging in.

Kicks you out every time you try to log in.

The update that claims to have fixed login issues broke my app that I was having no issues with at all! Was very happy getting deals until this newest update. Now I cant login no matter what I do. I hope they fix their "fix" so I can get my McDonalds fix on!!!

Why is it that none of the foods on the menu show the prices?

I love going to McDonalds breakfast! The coffee rewards are awesome because its like a punch card. Sometimes theres free nuggets, which is awesome. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because if McDonalds wants loyal customers, they should definitely add a gift card balance option to the app.

What is the point of this app? I want to order food on the go, pay for it and then stop and pick up my waiting order. This is something that your competitors have been offering for YEARS. Its no wonder McDonalds is losing market share. Get it together and give us a useful app!!

The apps kinda lame... it stops the music playback when i open it... why? I was enjoying it... and then it takes long time until it loads the page where it says that there are some deals... why not load the list right away... that initial splash screen of flying frys reminds me how unhealthy the food is although Im after healthier selection... app slows down the phone with that unnecessary splash screen alone...

App is broke, fix it or Im going to Wendys

I cant login to my account even though Ive reset my password and created a new account.

Ive now tried 4 times to take advantage of a deal and the staff at 2 different restaurants are unable to ring it up. After much delay and staff and customer frustration, I beg to pay full price so I can leave. Why cant McDonalds be like Chick Fil A, great food, great app, great training, great systems. Argggh.

Dont allow earlier versions of the app to be downloaded if you just require the app to be updated anyway. Garbage.

Dear McDonalds you should get a real app developer silicon valley....

I have been paying full price at McDonalds for months because of this app. When it works it is great. But thats all in the past.

A so-so app to begin with. I only used it for the occasional deal, however, today it prompted me with a deal and yet the new version wont even open. It crashes after trying to load. Worthless.

Works fine for me. I get good deals and free breakfast sandwiches when the MN Gophers win. What more do you want?

This is a review of the app not the food but the app is really slow and crashes quite a bit. I have still not been able to pull up the menu on it - it just bounces and does nothing
