Use the coffee punchcard everyday, appreciate the free McCafe after 5 punches!

It always tells me theres an error and that I cant get deals. Whats the point of having an app that doesnt work

There is absolutely no reason why this app needs to know my location when Im not using it. I will uninstall as soon as I send my review.

It absolutely never works. Always says its loading. I hate it. FIX IT!!! Updated: burger kings app is way better. this one still never works!!

This is a great app if you want to let McDonalds track your every move. I didnt mind giving up my email address and a password, but I resent the fact that you HAVE to let McDonalds track your location in order to obtain any info in return. This "restaurant" serves overpriced garbage anyway. For what you pay for a meal at this "restaurant", you can buy some real food at a grocery store. Oh yea, but then youd actually have to cook something. I am ashamed that I eat this trash as often as I do. I am also ashamed that I fell into the McDonalds information sucking machine.

hey app developers: changelog states the login issues were fixed but guess what.......? theyre not as i still cant login via facebook, google, or email. reset password doesnt work either and tells me to try facebook or google but since that doesnt work guess im stuck... before stating an issue as being fixed perhaps test it out first before submitting to app store!!! highly disappointed!!!????

Bought all the required drinks and when I get to the free one theres no free drink just looks like I opened for the first time. Happened 2x already. Asked cashier she replied "thats common and only one customer she knew of got a free drink."

While it is lovely they will give a deal having to use the app for the free coffee at time of purchase is ridiculous. Should be able to scan your receipt like most consumer apps if you dont have your phone with you, or just learning it. If 5 coffees earns you a coffee I cant tell you have many McDs owes me. Not sure why the always make their free coffee deals as humanly difficult as possible to cash in.

Two times Ive tried using this app for savings at two different places. Days apart. Same issue.... codes dont scan. Done.

After this past update I cant login no matter what I do. I used my Facebook account before but now it cant find it and cant recover a password.

Doesnt let me log in using social media, when I try to register with Facebook it says "there is already an email associated with that account"

McDonalds is the worst. The managers there are weird an have absolutely no idea on what is going on. I asked a manager if he could check off This app with the scanner and after he did "scan" it he responded, triple outstanding as if it did not work I asked what his name was and he did not tell me acting rude and ignoring me I asked a worker and his name was kaz A, fire this man. And fix the app please.

McDonalds didnt have a great app to begin with. The update is worse. Ive been using the app for a couple months and had been tracking my McCafe purchases. I was one away from a freebie, but when I upgraded to the latest version, my history disappeared. So I emailed a complaint. A couple days later I get a response that does not address the issue and offers me some sort of gift card, but I have to call customer support to give them my address. Very disappointed.

Love the discounts that are offered on the app. Definitely get your moneys worth.

Your app is always logging me out

Worked great for my first mobile order, and I even got my free mccafe deal for filling my punchcard - Ill be back to get my free smoothie next time.

HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT!!! App starts over at 5th coffee so I never get to redeem it!!! I have emailed McDonalds about but no one has responded. DELETING APP AND MAKING MY OWN COFFEE!!!

McDonalds and their app have a lot in common. They both work half the time and provide a mediocre product. I will not be going McDonalds again nor using this app again. Terrible.

Deals are good. But wont let you use a coupon on food and also get the rewards credit.
