Great app-easy to use, awesome offers, and tons of information!!

This app has truly sparked my love for McDonalds. Before, I used to think McDonalds was an unhealthy, expensive, disgusting restaurant. Now when I see those golden arches, my heart fills with love and excitement, and thats how I know Im home.

I love that I can order before I get to the restaurant!

It freezes a lot and I placed an order went through all the credit card info 3 times and it never worked. No good

Deals pop up on my phone and then arent in the "Deals page" when I go in the app.

I have no clue why others are having troubles. I was able to redeem free McNuggets and get a few promotions. Definitely worth downloading.

Super slow to load graphics... lousy deals and those jumping frys are annoying!!

McDonalds is the food equivalent of listening to Im Zack on repeat whilst constipated. 10/10 would eat again.

Seems to be a major bit of information nowhere to be found. Fail.

Super slow to load and after buying 5 or more McCafes and paying through the app, none of them are showing up in my deals section. I will say, however, the times Ive tried scanning a deal, it has worked

The app wont let me register for the daily deals. The old app didnt require registration. It also never tracked rewards. Its really surprising a restaurant chain as large McDonalds has such a poor app. My daughter and I have started going to Taco Bell for breakfast.

Not only is this app extremely slow which I could do it but twice within two weeks time I was one deal way from getting a free iced coffee and the app I dont know recess or something and then it starts you all over. Whats the point in scanning the app in three days it boot you out and start your back over at one.

This app used to be garbage. Always freezing, coupons not working, having to re-log in 4 or 5 times and being told login invalid. With my iPhone 7 plus, I never have those issues anymore. It keeps me logged in, coupons works flawlessly and it never shuts me out.

Come on... are you really worst the Taco Bells app? At least you can order from that one.Delete

Not a bad app but it constantly crashes on iPhone, please fix the crashes

Issues loading sometimes, definitely agree that we should be able to get a punch anytime we purchase a mccafe even with a deal...but the biggest issue I have is that the about 40% if the time I get told, "its down or its not working," AND THATS NOT THE WORST PART...I have contacted them through the app to know when Ive had issues (after one update my mccafe punches disappeared)...AND I ONLY GET GENERIC, "were sorry" bull...they dont respond for weeks & then ask for receipt information. LAME I would use nearly everyday because I travel for work, but its too unreliable.

First time using this app and a "participating restaurant" refused to honor the advertised deal. Really?? Bait and switch? - delete this app and go to a restaurant with integrity. Poor performance McDonalds.

When it does work its super slow The deals come up daily but can not redeem them. I think it is a hoax Do not waste your time downloading to frustrating. And disappointing

McDonald's area manger explained to me that the operation of the app is completely out of their hands. The manager spoke with me for a half an hour about this. I'm approaching 60 but a techie. I explained that older people are easily turned off by technology, not working the way we think it should. Well... the McDonald's app actually works correctly. Most of us, me included, are upset that the app only allows one offer per transaction or in some cases just one offer per app user.

Second time this week I go to drive thru for two coffees...tried to use app and I had 3 Mcdonakds signs so they put in code and said it was successful but then I lose them so no free coffee..also app is slo to open...
