You get good deals, ignore the bad reviews, people are complaining because you cant combine coupons

I have complained about not receiving mccafe punch cards on my app and the answer is will send you a free coffee coupon and fix the app. As someone who buys at least 3 coffees a day I would like to have this back on my app but I think because I buy so many they removed it and complaints fall on deaf ears. DD coffee app works maybe its time to switch to their coffee and earn my rewards.

I am not sure what you were trying to accomplish but having up to six images of the same thing talking about buy five and get one free is ridiculous. Also the screen that shows the cashier that we have purchased five is missing. It is rather embarrassing to tell the cashier that we have purchased five and I asked them to trust us as customers to receive the sixth one free. Get it fixed ASAP.

This is the absolute best app for fast food out there! Its easy to use and offers so much. The only app I know of that offers free food with no purchase necessary. I give it a 5 stars.

This app is awesome, Im not sure why it doesnt work for some people but it works every time for me and Ive never had a coupon turned down. Even if u have bad service McDonalds always has free wifi. Ive gotten so much free food from this app.

I never write reviews but Im really glad they made the changes they did. My local Mcdonalds is already offering mobile ordering and its so convenient.

Aside this app taking forever to log in and load your offers. Its a money but definitely needs work on how fast it loads up. I would get in line with 5 to 10 people and by the time its my turn to order the app still hasnt finished loading lets not forget I try loading the app while Im in line in hope it be ready when its my turn to order

I only got the app because not all the McDonalds around me accept the punch card for the McCafe buy 5 get 1 free. Twice now I havent gotten the free drink when Ive purchased 5. This app is useless to me. Ill remove it and stick to the punch card.

Do not waste your time attempted to activate.. did 4 times and still doesnt work

I have an iPhone and half of the time my app wont even work or load the deals. ANNOYING

Server dont know how to help customer for how to punch my mccafe purchases. She just say have goodnight in hurry then slam the window on me. She is trying to avoid to help me on my apps.

Ive stopped using app. It quit recording coffee purchases. ("Buy 5 . Get 1 free!). Waste of time. Worse, I cant contact support. Terrible. Cant communicate with ANYONE!

Every time I open the app it turns off whatever music Im listening to. Why do you do that?! Its really unnecessary!

Downloaded this after seeing a sign at my local McDs that youd get a free, any size coffee drink. Did so and saw nothing. Went to McDs for my free coffee drink and was told they no longer offer the deal-while I was staring at the sign! Told them they need to take it down and have been back and guess whats still up? Lord. Rip off!

The app deletes the punchcard after three punches so you never get the free coffee

The McCafe punch card has never worked for me. Now you cant get a punch for your McCafe drink if you use another deal, thats stupid.

Ive used this app for several months. They dont go into specifics about how to order when youre going to use a coupon. For example, I was trying to use the 2 All Day Breakfast sandwiches for $4 coupon, but they were technically still serving breakfast for another 10 minutes, so they wouldnt take the coupon. Nothing on the coupon says that I cant use it during breakfast hours. This kind of thing happens almost EVERY time I try to use this app. Its appalling!
