Overall good some proms to save money

I specifically got this app so I could take advantage of the McCafe beverage deal (buy 5 get the 6th free), but I never received my free drink! On my 6th visit, the drink still rang up at full price and I noticed that the drink count tracker on the app started from 1 again. Im definitely considering deleting this app!

I rarely buy any McDonalds and on that rare occasion that I do, I want a good deal without having to be obligated to be a part of mailing list of regular customers or be bugged to death with ads and emails. Definitely not open to being tracked by McD.

Weak sauce. Must share location for the app to work.

Dont want to be messing with my phone at a drive through. It wont let me log in half the time. Annoying how it takes so long to show a drink punch

My McCafes disappeared and it never shows my 5th one free, so I have to try and explain it to the employee to see if they will give me one. Its embarrassing like Im try to get something for free! Ive stopped going since McDs cant get it right.

When the app works, its nice. I like using my coupons when I can. But sometimes I cant even get in. It will tell me there is no valid account associated with the social login but when I try to register it tells me there is already an account with that email

I buy coffee everyday and lately the punchcard is NOT working. They scan the offer but I have not been getting credit. I would have had two free by now. I contacted support, no reply. Dont bother downloading this App. You would think a company like McDonalds could develop an app that works. If they offer it, it should at least do what it says it should do!!! Poor customer relations!

Your codes never work. A manager has to come over and work on it for five minutes every single time. Deleting this garbage today!

This app is great I dont know what everyone is complaining about. Me and my homie go to McDonalds every week religiously and every time I go I always have the greatest discounts this app has to offer?

Why have the menu on there if youre not going to show every item? Theres been glitches lately. Ill go in to look at the deals and it says there isnt any. But theres deals that havent expired yet so those should at least show up.

After the last update my free Mc cafe beverage and punches disappeared. I do enjoy that I occasion get a coupon for my salad so, I went ahead and gave it 3 stars.

Since i updated to 5.4 version ive lost three free mocha frappes. Wouldnt be a 2nd thought except they offer it and it doesnt work! Ill still buy the frappes but dont offer something unless you know you can follow thru please! ------since submitting this review and sending a couple of emails, not in that order because i dont give a review w out giving someone a chance to fix or give direction, i have received responses to both my emails telling me where the free frappe coupons had been moved to since the update. Yay! Its all good now. I still liked the former set up, but now that i know how to use this one im good. Thanks for the help McDs!

I was excited when I heard about this app. I always buy frappes or frappuccinos(Starbucks) and I was excited about all the promotions they do through the app. However, my phone provider Sprint does not have service near the multiple McDonalds near me. Therefore the app is useless. The McDonalds wifi takes too long to connect. I couldnt remember my password and I dont like holding up the lines so I get no promotions. This app is a waste of memory. Oh and if you open up the barcode for them to scan while in line too early, it doesnt work about 5-10 seconds later. Nice try McDonalds. I guess Ill stick with Starbucks. Their app seems to work better AND they have a card in case it doesnt. Starbucks gift card method always works.

So I buy coffee at McDonalds all the time, so I figured Id get the app so I can get a free coffee every once in a while. Nope, never happens. Id buy 5 coffees and then the app would "reset" itself and I would never get a free coffee. This happened 3 times, with a McDonalds manager watching what happened the last time. The other offers wouldnt work either, so Ive deleted the app. Well, at least it was free.

Version 5.4.0 cannot even be opened on Android. Crashes every time. Even after uninstall and teinstall. Even after a hard reset of the phone

This app was great up to about two weeks ago when it would not open. Get it together, McDonalds

Great deals, the graphics are good. Custom fit to the individual.

But could be better. The app does not show location times and the filters do not have a 24 hour location option. Please add the times for all of your locations and add a filter to show which locations are 24 hours.

Using this app for a long time. There was no connection at the store where I always use my app. And they couldnt honor the sale. AFTER ALL THE MONEY WE SPEND. deleting and staying with Burger King. They honor and give you free food for the inconvenience
