You cant get a better cup of coffee anywhere. Hands down !

The app barely works anywhere and the terms need to be written up in full so we know what we can or cant buy....

Since this latest update, my McCafe punch card was resettled to zero. I reported this issue to customer service and their reply was copy & paste how to use app!! I can not believe how poor their cs is.

My purchase history was deleted. No free coffee.

They deleted all my purchases, they create this app to catfish you to purchasing coffee with the idea that you would be rewarded after X amount of coffee purchases. Perfect bait and switch here ??

My 4 McCafe points were erased! Im so mad, it says it doesnt expire until December!

This app works. Period. I get a free McCafe coffee every 6th one. Better than Sbux. And awesome food specials too. Soon mobile order mobile pay and loyalty. Im in Mickey Ds!

Duh-duh-duh-duh-duh -- I HATED it!

Downloaded the app to order. Placed my first order and it went well. Needed to order more food and guess what the app does not allow you to place more than 1 mobile order per day. Really...DELETING APP. ☹️

Had 4 purchases and now they are gone! Not happy about that.

The app will not work no matter what I do. Keeps saying app down.

After updating, your McCafé punches get cleared out. Twice now I have four punches that disappeared after updating.

McDonalds is a DYNASTY! Love everything about it, if you have problems with this app you should update your phone or learn how to use it. Thanks McDonalds, you rock!

They claim buy 5 get one FREE! It doesnt happen!!! I even complained - nothing. I dont believe they even care because I sent my comment in over a month ago and no one e-mailed or called or anything. I just purchased #5 AGAIN - nothing. Im done with this app.

After the last update my free Mc cafe beverage and punches disappeared. I do enjoy that I occasion get a coupon for my salad so, I went ahead and gave it 3 stars. Updated my review to lower to one star. After letting Mc ds know that the update took my free Mc Cafe away and punches, their solution was to send me a list of requirements they would require to resolve this. This list included receipts with dates, times, and locations of every time that I purchased a Mc Cafe drink. Seriously?! Who files their McDonalds receipts?? No one!! Thats bad business!

App takes too long to load and even longer for the deals to show up.

Please add a toggle control to authorize/de-authorize automatic sign on and usage of in-store wifi while in range. My McDonalds is in a low reception area for my cellular service and its a hassle to go through the sign on and authentication process when I want grab a quick bite and go.

Have had app coupons refused twice, in two different locations. In both cases, the cashier agreed the order met the e-coupon requirements, but the register refused the coupon, so they would not honor it. Blamed it on McDonalds corporate and indicated there was nothing they could do, very frustrating.

The ability to use this app is less than underwhelming. If I were able to give it a negative five star rating, I would. Go back to the stickers until you figure it out, and get it right. Getting the scanner to work on a regular basis. Plus, the use of multiple coupons is a starting point. Put the scanner at the window. So I dont have to give my phone to a complete stranger when I travel.

Went to McDonalds this morning on Highway 98 close to Miramar Beach Florida I was the only one in line took forever and they gave me cold coffee that taste like it is set out all night. Tried to call them numerous times would not answer the phone went to a faxline and then hung up this is ridiculous!
