McCafe rewards dont work. Wont let me add fav restaurants and keeps signing me out when I close the app. Used before and works great. Love it. But having lots of errors now, needs updated

It is great when it works. Lately i have tried to use it and clerk states i used the coupon today already and unable to use when I havent used coupon code at all. Very disappointing. Especially when clerk accuse you of trying to get more then eligible.

It is a good app with nice deals, but they never work, employees are so fed up with it theyre telling us to take it up with customer support.

Once you buy your fifth drink, you dont get a free one as promised. Your purchases go from 4 to 0. A McDonalds employee confirmed it doesnt work but did not offer to give me my free drink. What a waste of my time.

constantly have to login and then it crashes needs to be updated!

App is always down and needs to do alot keep get my other sandwich. Its no good

This app remind me of the girl with the curl when its good its great but when its bad its horrid. sometimes it just says it has technical difficulties right when you get here and theres nothing you can do about it but other than that has great coupons

Theres always some error message that shows up and it never keeps me logged in. The deals never show up because of the error messages :/

"We are experiencing technical difficulties" Went to order. Saw a good deal so I figured Id take advantage of it. All of a sudden the app crashed and magically the servers went down. Bait and switch.

Please fix this bug ASAP.

Wrote review but App Store review process is terrible and erased it

It needs to work when youre actually at Mcdonalds trying to order and use the deals. No other apps in the App Store are giving issues but this one. I would like to actually get my rewards on my Mccafe oh well.

Every time I try to log in and use the app it says "technical difficulties". The app is a waste of space on my phone. Thanks for texting me about all the great deals I CANT take advantage of because the app never works.

Go figure. When I want to use it it experiences technical difficulties. OF COURSE ITS WHEN I HAVE A FREE MCAFE owed to me... scam artists.

It is staggering how much the app doesnt work while in the actual restaurant. The managers do not care, and neither does corporate. Error 1003= You lost my business.

App worked get until they decided to update last week... now nothing! I like using the app for the deals, and now it cant connect due to "server errors" Great way to Kill your followers! Keep up the crap job guys! ? Burger Kings is just across street, and Hey ? Theyre apps works... whopper here i come!

I love this app and I use it all the time but it keeps logging me out and saying "were experiencing technical difficulties try again later" this happens like three times a week where it logs me out by itself and doesnt let me log in for days

The app is not working again. It keeps coming up with an error message. I dont know what is going on but I am seriously sick of this. I just want my half-price frappé

I just walked out of McDonald and went to another restaurant as the App logged me out automatically. This is not the first time, each time when the App logged me out, theres no way to log in again to make any purchase at McDonald
