Not a bad app But can be a better app

I have tried to log in more than six times, no luck. I have tried to reset my password via email/Facebook, no luck. Since I cant get in, I cant use the deals. Also, it is one of the slowest apps I have ever used. When I used to have the app (I dont know why it was taken off of my phone), I would remember to pull out my phone in line at the restaurant, only to find out that the app was too slow to pull up. Because of this, I had to go to the back of the line several times just to get a free drink. Thinking if the deals are really worth the hassle...

The app is not working and every time I go to use the app it says coupon code invalid!

I used to love this app free signature burgers n all but lately it doesnt want to list all the good deals anymore so I restarted my iphone 6 made sure it was up to date and tried it again but it still is stuck on the mccafe drinks ONLY. Im so lost without my Mickey Ds app.

I gave this app 1 star because ???are not ratings options! Ive always taken the survey on the receipt for free hamburgers and deals. The question always comes on the survey "have you used the app? After seeing the question a few times I decided to give the app a try. The QR code would not scan for the item that Id selected so I had to change my order while standing at the counter during the very busy lunch hour. Did I mention I had to GO into McDonalds? Seriously?!!! Why cant the app Step 1) Pull up the deal Step 2) CHOOSE a McDonalds that will honor the deal. Step 3) Allow me to PAY for the order thru the app and Step 4) Have my order waiting for me when I arrive? A five star app could do it, Take a look at the Starbucks app and catch a clue.

Its a lil bit slow. I love the Buy 5, Get 1 free McCafe drink deal, but then takes a while to load.

We use the app often because we would like to enjoy the buy 5 get 1 free for the coffee and frappe offer except every time we get to 4 or 5 the app resets and we NEVER seem to get one free. Very disappointing considering that is the offer. Seems like a big scam considering it is not just my phone and my wifes phone that it happens to our families have had the same issues. App needs a lot of work.

This app is worse than Hillarys campaign speech because it never works its basically a scam to get people to eat at McDonalds this app is not worth your time because youre better off going to a 24/7 bar dumpster for food

Its nice that McDs finally has a mobile ordering app but the UI of this app needs a lot of work. Theres no show me nearest store feature (you have to know where you are and do searches), theres a lot of useless blurbs and advertisements left over from their previous app - do we seriously need to know this? It seems to be just thrown together without a clear design, and it suffers for it (hint, guys: compare against the Chick-Fil-A app. That app is done right; nothing there that doesnt need to be there, super consistent design and presentation, logical and easy workflow....) Disappointing. You guys can afford better.

App wont let me order, or remember my local restaurant, or let me fix the wrong name and address provided by an idiot who spelled his email address wrong. Its 2017, how does McD register people without verifying the email address? Deleting the app and going to Z Burger instead.

Mobile ordering? Please send everyone the path to "mobile ordering". This app is a maze. Enlighten us please. I have Taco Bell app. Hands down the best mobile ordering app. I would like to have the same functionality with the MacDonalds app.

Always says theyre having technical difficulties.

Make sure you check your order and taste your drinks. They have an issue with getting orders correct and they never give more than you order always less when they get it wrong

Omg! Super simple and super convenient! I can use my phone to order from my desk and drive to pick and now have time to enjoy more of lunch break. This just killed those cows i kept going back to. Im back in the fold, baby!

I been using this app for months and i loved it because of any deals they offer weekly. Ive used many of it. But, after the last update, only two deals left and would never use. UNINSTALLING

App takes forever loading, while you hold up the drive-thru line. Your 6th FREE McCafe takes over a week to load, IF AT ALL!!! Back to Dunkin Donuts for me!

I love everything about McDonalds except when I went to the one in Graham three others in Burlington and everyone were closed. The McDonalds.com website said that they were open until 1 am. Next time I wont waste my gas to go there. The next time I made sure about the hours which it still said 1 am so I called each restaurant and the clean up crew said they closed at 12. What a disappointment. Was so looking forward to sinking my teeth into a yummy burger. So now Ill have to go to Cookout. FYI you might need to change the hours on your website. See ya when you ARE open. Sincerely Starving ?????

I, too, lost my free offer for purchasing 5 McCafes. When I updated it took me down to 2 with 3 more to go!

To do anything, you need to have location turned on, but iPod touch has a passive gps and wont work with this kind of requirement. Uses up space and is worthless!!
