I downloaded the app thinking it will save me time but instead took me longer than if I just go in and ordered. I paid on the app, went to the McDonalds and the person there claimed he never got the order and said maybe I ordered from another McDonalds. There are no other McD off of Stone road. Plus instead of telling me he didnt get the order just find out what it is and give me what I paid for. He kept making excuses instead of fixing the problem. Saying maybe I didnt hit complete. If I didnt hit finish then the app wouldnt has given me a confirmation code. Not a good experience and if this bill shows up twice on my credit card I will be highly upset.

I dont normally leave review, but its beyond the tolerance. 1. Mobile order never work, the staff has no idea when I come 2. Coupon does not register. 3. Nothing work at all, except look at the menu.

I used to have pretty good luck with this app. Then something changed with the app or their backend and Im lucky if it works 25% of the time.

This app is great~ however I have experienced many times where Im at McDonalds and the app coupon isnt loading and then I dont get the coupon or deal and its possible that my phone service is just slow but other friends of mine have told me they have a similiar experiences with the slowness of the app.

App always states limited functionality and cannot connect to the network. I can never use the deals now and thats what made me eat there more frequently.

Buy 5 get 1 free doesnt function. Even after I got a new iPad. Very disappointing...

Frustrating! I tried to create an account four times; 2x with email, 1x with Facebook, and 1x with google. Each time I got an error message that said there was already an account with that email address and I should simply sign in. When I tried to sign in I got the message that email/password didnt match and I should reset the password. When I tried to reset the password, the error message was that no account existed with that email. Im done wasting my time. Deleting the app now.

The app crashed every time I opened it.

The app didnt work. The people at the store didnt know anything about it. Furthermore, its unclear to me whether I was double charged. McDonalds, please get your act together!

Whats the point of this app? There is nothing worth owning it, it just takes up space on your device. There are never any deals available, no coupons, nothing. At least Burger King always has a ton of coupons on their app, if Im not saving any money why would I go to McDs or use this app. Deleting for the 3rd time.

Ive attempted to use this app at least 5 times, each time I have issues. * you cant add a comment to an item, so if you dont want pickles too BAD!! * I ordered a mcFlurry...their ice cream machine was down. But I paid for a McFlurry...I got 2 apple pies and 2 cookies for my trouble. * We ate lunch then tried again to order Milkshakes so they would be ready when we finished.....FAIL!!! Again the McDs team never even got my mobile order. * On the plus side, I got 1 free sandwich for my troubles with this great app. Never Ever Ever will I use this Crappy App Again!!!

Title says it all. The app has good deals when it works but it often crashes, is very slow and has poor UI. Its about as good as the customer service at McDs, which isnt great...but I guess you get what you pay for--not much.

Generally this app is great, but for some reason today (6/29/2017) the app kicked both me and my boyfriend out of the app and wont let us log back in. Please fix this thanks

Offer disappeared when I reached the store. I paid for nothing. Didnt even bother picking up what I paid for.

There are things about this app that I like but I have tried to contact MacDs through the app and keep getting the screen telling me to download the app that you cant X out to go back to what you are doing. Also both my husband and I have had problems with cashier error and the app.

I love the idea of the app, now if it would work that'd be fantastic. I'll see a deal or get and alert for it, drive down to get it and what a surprise, an error occurs. Get your shit together it's really annoying.

The main thing I use this app for is the buy 5 coffee's get 1 free. Several times it has reset my purchases. Is there some kind of time limit to buy the 5? On the app it says it expires 12/31/2017
