Twice now just before I purchase my 5th coffee the app boots me out. Next time I open the app Im logged out. When I log back in my coffee "punches" are gone and they dont come back. Resets them to zero.

Tried to register with social media and says email is registered. Tried login with social media and email login to a big fail. Tried everything and got very mad, had to create a new email address just to use this app. It wouldnt let me reset password to any of my old logins just gave errors. Stupid!

The money is taken out immediately after you place your order but the location pick up option is only given to you when you pull up to the store. You think the order wasnt processed and start placing it again while it charges you again and finally a check in option randomly appears... you get your food and later find out the money has been taken out twice from your account... What a pain!

Tried to use a coupon on the create your own burger self checkout thing. It was a buy one double cheese get free fries, so I added one double cheese and fries, then put in coupon. Tried to check out and it said required items not in order (its 2 things... both are there). I tried two more times then left still hungry because I was so embarrassed!

Good idea but when I try to use it.... superior fail in execution. No employee seems to know what do do... colossal waste of time. What about drive throughs????

You blood sucking, soul less, greedy, filth. Stop shoving this app in my face every time I load a page on the mobile site. Seriously. EVERY. F**KING. PAGE. I dont care about your terrible app. Stop showing it to me when Im using the mobile site. I know you idiots in corporate think you know how the customers think because you think youre human. Youre not. Youre the lowest form of scum in this universe. Concerned only with what will make a profit. If there is a hell, you slugs will be first in line for the deepest pits.

Being able to make an order online, customize it, and go and wait for it is kind of awesome. The funny part is that it offers deals that you need to use your phone (or another phone??) to scan to get them - you cannot load them and use them in the app. Did anyone test this? ? Edit – maybe it should include Feedback – just got my Egg McMuffin with no Canadian bacon ?

For any of the features to work, that is deals, rewards etc it requires one to tell ones location. After much digging, I was able to add a restaurant that I frequent to my "favorites". However it only allows one to see deals and not add rewards. And its not clear whether the deals will work since I have not chosen to reveal my location. I would like to delete the app however it doesnt give me an option to delete my account name and password completely from the system.

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago, twice, because it wouldn't work the first time, and it still won't load anything. Not locations, not deals. Useless app. And I keep getting e-mails telling me about all the deals I can get if my useless app would work. :(

Even when the app is closed? Location I kinda get, but my mic too? No thank you. Did not allow. No features work without agreeing. Deleting now.

Tried logging in with every available option given. Facebook, Google, and email. Kept getting random error messages and two crashes. Super fail on McDonalds part. Its really not hard to find a decent iOS developer and this thing is embarrassing to a business as reputable as McDonalds. I really wanted to try the mobile ordering but I wont be trying this app again in awhile. Hopefully by then Ill be able to at least log in.

Order never received but credit card was charged three times. McDonalds employees were not help at all....one employee yelled at so abrasively that he was removed from the window of drive through. Will NEVER use app again!!

One of my scanned coffee purchases did not log. I emailed customer service and they asked for the receipt...which was not given to me at the window after scanning. I just went into my app and found all my 5 logged scans have disappeared and I will have to start over. I was happy to find out that after I had purchased a new phone that the logged purchases transferred over accurately. I had four logged and my fifth purchase which didnt log. And then they all disappeared! McDonalds coffee is a manageable $.99 for any size as it is still a great value but this feels like a waste of time to use this app to get an extra free coffee after five purchases if it is not going to log it appropriately or just simply disappear.

The app is a good start to getting more people to McDonalds. The problem is that you have to go to McDonalds and most restaurants have CNN broadcasting 24/7. That will ruin your meal.

First of all pretty much any Map App can tell you where to find a McD, this is the second time I have downloaded it and deleted it after about a year since the last time. The reason I installed it was for the coupons and possibly to save a few bucks. So after a week I once again deleted it, McD does not seem to understand the concept of a "coupon". Example: a coupon for a Buy One/Get One FREE burger seems like a good deal, but you can not use with a meal, so after you buy Full Price Fries and Drink, you have spent way more than you anticipated. Coupons should save you money, not make you spend even MORE. But McD is all about profit these days, all the items on their "Extra Value Menu" have increased 30% in price. If you want "real coupons" look at the Churches Chicken, Burger King, Whataburger, or any of the Pizza places which actually do save you money...

There have been several times that I wasnt able to open up the app with an error message saying that I dont have Internet connection. In addition, I ordered for mocha frappes and then lost all The records and had to start all over again. Very very frustrating!

I havent been able to use this app since the latest update on my iPhone 7 plus

I love the deals, WHEN THEY WORK. The app is so slow to load and when it finally loads, the deals dont show up half the time. This morning it said save $2 off a $10 order, on the homepage of the app but when I loaded the deals, NOTHING. Definitely needs improvement!

The latest fix was apparently to exclude any combo meals or anything we would normally buy. Sorry, if you have any deal on the ticket, the $1 off $7 is no longer honored.
