So this app is a whopping 121MB. Holy cow. Why???? There is no reason for this to be any higher than 65mb at most. Get rid of the flash media in this app. It does nothing. It makes it harder to get to the deals. Fix your login/database system. Keep getting the "perpetual fries of death" or PFOD. Why does it always log me out/ask to log into my Facebook and then, stay stuck on the fries? Wifi/cell...makes no difference. The app is having a hard time communicating with the outside login methods. My review from months ago: Every time it seems to log me out. Then when I bring up the app to the checkout window it says "please log in". Going through the whole log-in phase takes forever. And there are people in line behind me. Even if I try this ahead of time, it still takes 5-8 minutes to get this to work. Why?? Very badly written app. I had to tell them, "Im sorry the app is having difficulty, I may have to come inside and pay." Maybe once in our lifetime we will see this corporation put out a solid app and not cheap out on the development team.

Have a iPhone 7 plus and this app works perfectly fine! People keep saying they cant login because their email is in use - go reset your password, you probably created an account and forgot about it! Good deals, works every time.

It is antiquated to input your credit card information on your iOS device. You either take a picture of it or better yet, use the fingerprinting payment system. Ive tried inputting my credit card information 3 times only for it to be rejected without an explanation why. I assume there is a backend issue since I have triple checked the numbers.

I havent used this app for a while (McDs closed nearest me) so today Im with grandkids and their mom and tried to use my existing app. WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE MY SIGN ON. I tried and tried until I finally had to give up. I realize there were problems with this app but in the past it worked where ever I traveled to. I tried 3 different ways to sign in and EVERY TIME it said "invalid". Sick of trying now. Too bad for customers and too bad for the (further) loss of revenue for a once beloved company. Ill just bet the SHAREHOLDERS ARE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY to the bank. Screw with a customer and in the end, McDs loses. There are many other places for a burger...

App is useless for locating stores because it doesnt list important info like hours of operation. Seriously?

There is nothing wrong with this app, I dont get why people are giving it such bad reviews. I have gotten many free things from using the McDonalds app. It works just fine, and the deals are amazing.

I used the app at mcondalds in a neighboring town and used 3 different coupons. I got a free Big Mac and a free mcflurry and $2 off my purchase. It was pretty awesome. At the mcdonalds in my town, the system would only use 1 coupon. :(

This app saves me tons of money. I love it. Sometimes a prob connecting but other than that love it. Without the app I wouldnt go to mcdonalds nearly as much as i do.

If youre attempting to order online and use the apps Bogo there is no option when placing an order. Other Reviewer said developers need to test. I second but with real world people not the geeks writing code.

Dont bother

I went to McDonalds 5 times with this app and the employed were like the red a McDonalds app on the phone thats so advanced than I had towing 30 minuets for them to ask the manager what to do he took my phone with his greasy hands and kept pushing it on the screen scartched my screen protector not the screen thankfully and I made the employe pay 75 $ 50 for the protector and 25$ for the inconvienence the second time the manifest didnt even know what it was and the third said the coupon was invalid even though it was still on the site McDonalds you are very dum and I hate you please get a life I couldnt hold that in

I almost cant even say used, because for the twenty minutes I spent trying to get the app to function for the purposes Id downloaded (which required me to log on), I was met at an obstacle via the app in every possible way. For a multimillion dollar company, youd think theyd be able to design an app a little better.

Works well. Quick and easy if you have a McDonalds that is equipped and informed.

Cant even pull up a list of coupons. It just keeps claiming "technical difficulties".

I cant even to get a chance to use this app, because I cant get my register done .. on the last step of the register problem is to click on the register bottom, doesnt matter how many time you click or try to register again it still the same it dont go anywhere just stay on the same screen.

People complaining about minimum wage are going to be replaced by some inexpensive machine, thats why the app is crashing, you should fix it, but the machines and fix the app for iOS 2 users

As others have stated this app is so unreliable. You have to download your coupons way before you intend on using them. By that I mean take a screenshot of the ones that you think you may want to use. If you wait until you get to the register you will be embarrassed. I sincerely hope the app developers are reading the comments and trying to do something about it, very frustrating. I will keep the app installed because there are some good deals. Your food prices can really add up at of all places McDonalds. Its worth it, when it works.

I work at McDonalds! I used this app ever time I get food for myself because it saves you so much money! You can use more then one coupon you just have to make separate orders. The computer system at the restaurant will not let you use more then one coupon on one order! Just say at the window or if you go in I want to make 2 separate orders. One coupon on one the other coupon on the other!

This app is good in theory but has issues. I usually use the app for the McCafe punch card, which has been a pain. I have lost punches before because it doesnt go thru but you dont know till later, or with the recent update I just lost four punches. I was one away from a free one. The other issue, or huge opportunity for the company, is the majority of employees do not know how to use the app or what to do with it. I would say 90% of them, which leads to needing a manager. So if it worked as intended I think it would be good.

McDonalds is going down the drain anyways. My burgers are never seasoned and my fries are always soggy. No thanks.
