More $$$$ More ???

Have been using the McCafe Rewards for MONTHS!!! I buy 2-3 coffees 7 days a week. Now it's not available!!! I have sent messages and emails to McDs about it. I have not gotten a response. Plus no mention on any search engine...... McDonalds is losing a customer.

Rewards have disappeared since last week. I buy coffee daily if the rewards are gone it's a pointless app.

What happened to the rewards for buying coffee? I buy 2 coffees everyday and use the app everyday to earn free coffee. I am disappointed I can no longer earn rewards with the app. Please bring back rewards. It's the only thing going for your app. Otherwise the other deals are garbage most of the time.

I used this app since i live the coffee there at mcdonalds and after my 5th purchase inwould get one free; but no more!! Why did mcdonalds eliminate free mc cafe?

Simply trash...How are there deals that dont expire for days, but if you try to access them during certain hours all deals are unavailable? This is why my friends turn to your competition...

I use the app to earn free coffee. It takes so long to load I have the start the app about a mile from the McDonalds. I had only 2 more coffees to purchase before I get a free one, and today I go into the app and it says I have zero coffees earned. And I had the same problem a week ago as a reviewer below stated when it was free ice cream day, and you have to show the app, but I got experiencing technical difficulties.

Overall I like this app enoughto use it. It saves me money, like a few dollars per visit. Coupons can be confusing as multiple coupons can apply to one purchase but only one can be used. Coupons are just for in store however. 25% of orders over $10 nullifies any negatives I might mention here. This app will save you money if you have a large group. Also it is responsible for getting to try signature sandwiches which I really like. It has frozen up on me once. The orders are started quickly after submitting them. This is a strong start that hopefully will improve over time.

Deals arent good. App works fine. Corporate needs at change deals or app is gone from my cell.

I ordered using the McDonalds app for the first time today. I chose in-store pickup. I stood near the counter and waited. I saw my number come up on the board. I saw my number move up to the top of the list. A little while later I looked up and my number was gone. I got in line at the register. When I got to the head of the line I asked about my order. The cashier said she had walked around the dining room calling my number. I asked if they could get me my order now, please. She said it would be just a few minutes. I said, Okay. A few minutes later they had my order ready. The cashier offered a free dessert for my trouble. Next time Ill be careful to choose table service. The tables are labeled with a number to make it easy for the server to bring you your food.

I have only been avle to use the app once. The other times it failed to work at all. I avoid McDonalds as much as possible, but was out of town and the only place open at the time.

I saved 5 free drinks, when I went to redeem a coupon all my earned free mccafe were ALL missing. I saved up for another free mccafe now the app says mccafe rewards not available. At night i have a coupon for a free OJ, in the morning it disapear only to reapear at night, this happend 3 days. McDonalds, you suck.

Went to start my new buy 5 deal, only to find it was not available. I've been using the app over a year, had issues where I couldn't login and get deals or retrieve the free McCafé...this is the 1st time that was completely gone. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. I had to use 1 free that I had built up, but wanting to save for when school starts back. Please get the rewards back.

This app is awesome when it wants to work... key word "wants". Thankfully, the McDonalds I go to know me as a loyal customer and honor my coupon even when the app is being dumb. They seriously need to update this thing! Make some changes to its appearance to make it more appealing.

Great deals offered, however app allows login 25% of time... reduce the visuals to simply provide an app that works, come on tech team... Yet another morning my wife and I choosing a competitor over Mc Ds, and not by choice.

Doesnt work most of the time for the MCAFE drinks missed out on 5 free coffees? Please FIX!! Thanks

No Apple Pay???

They have a deal where if the Detroit Tigers score 6 runs you get a free 6 pic McNuggets. Only problem lots of time they never put it up.
