The app needs some work! For instance if you want say a breakfast sandwich and an ice coffee along with an apple pie which is free with purchase, you have to purchase the coffee by its self on another order! The app will not count the coffee on your rewards if the two are purchased on one order. For the most part the app is pretty poor.

When will you give us back the McCafè rewards? Opened my app and it says not available!! Whatttt!

Freezes at loading screens quite often, trying to use the contact us page on the app and it freezes there as well. As if they dont want us to submit feedback on their app.

Only thing its good for is its deals. Other than that, 100% trash .

I honestly really like this app . I got $11 worth of food for $4 :)

Still waiting for the McCafe Rewards to return? It is a nice customer appreciation that my husband and I have enjoyed. Is there any update?

I have bought over 20 McCoffee purchases since their "Buy 5, get 1 free" promotion began. I scan their barcode on phone each time. I have not received a free coffee yet and my phone says I have 3 more purchases to go before I get to 5. This appears to be a royal SCAM !

This app is so terrible I have just deleted it off my phone what a joke!!! The one star I give I give is just for the employees. At least they try the management is a sad disappointment to the company

So it used to be great and I used it without a problem; I absolutely loved the deals. Great incentive to get food at McDonalds. Now? I get logged out all the time. Nothing loads. "Connectivity issues." You wanna know why? Its the stupid dancing fries loading screen. Just the jumping fries take up so much bandwidth, nothing else can load for several minutes. I can only imagine what people with a poor connection in the first place must experience. Its not worth opening the app to just see fries before an error message, then getting logged out because it took too long to load. 86 the dancing fries, that would probably get rid of the loading and connectivity issues.

Its really good but I think you should add internet and sometimes doesnt work?and they say no sorry this doesnt work but its a good app though?

Newest version wont let me login through Facebook. All it says is "email address already in use". So the app is useless and wont work due to that.

The new update or changes in the mobile app have caused the deals to disappear. Im especially upset about the McCafe deal that although is not set to expire until December is no longer available on the app. I even deleted the app and reinstalled hoping it would correct the problem.. but it actually made it worse because other deals that were available have also disappeared. Also I think theres no valid reason why a business should have access to your location when youre not using their app. Thats a violation of privacy. If this issue isnt corrected soon I will delete the app permanently and find another daily stop other than McDonalds.

Dont say I can get food delivered to me and then leave it to UberEats to tell me I cant. YOU HAVE MY STORE ON FILE AND MY EXACT LOCATION AT ANY POINT THE APP IS OPEN! -_-

Downloaded the app and cannot register an account and there is no way to file a support ticket or find FAQ. Bad UI and bad UX
