Dial up speed is the best way to describe ordering on this app. Fire the devs and start over. Its not hard

I have had this app for a while and have now purchased 12 large Mc Café coffees and have still not received any for free. More than half of the time that I open this app it tells me that they are having technical difficulties so they cant even find the store that I am sitting in the parking lot of, and not only that but there are never any deals as they say there will be. Figure this out McDonalds

This app is a piece of garbage!!!!!! Whoever designed and operates it should be fired! It is always breaking down almost daily, it says sorry cant help you we are having technical difficulties try again later....meanwhile Ive already driven to McDonalds and Im left flapping in the wind.

They need to fix this, like taking out Flash. Deals will pop up, only to be gone when you try to use it. They have some pretty good deals too, but its too bad I cant use it! What is the point then?

I opened up the McDonalds app to try to see what was the latest deal for tonights dinner. It wouldnt let me login. So I checked the Apple store to see if there was an update and saw there was. I updated to the latest one. Now it says there are no deals anywhere around me. Even though earlier this morning I got a notification saying free six piece chicken McNuggets with the SD Padres win. This app is useless now. Please fix it. You broke something that worked. Minor bug fixes my butt

Just need it to be updated because Im unable to log in. It is giving "malformed information" error message. Thank you.

After the new update I am not able to log in to my account and use my rewards.

Today I was going to McDonalds because I had a buy one get one free for a large burger. Earlier today my app was working fine but when I got to the McDonalds my app started having difficulties. We even went to a different store to give the app more time and it just stopped working. Every thing on the app worked but the deals, and was just really disappointing that it stopped working last minute.

I cant even log in to use the dumb app! Technical difficulties... how low a priority is it to fix this app McDonalds? This hasnt been resolved in quite a while I see. So irritated right now.

Works fine most of the time and then this is the 3rd time I have tried to use it at breakfast time and it says its having "technical difficulties try again later". I cant get a free breakfast sandwich if I cant log in ?

I like the app because it gives me a reason to go to McDonalds, but I can never use the app because all it does is crash and never allows me to use the coupons because I cant log in due to their technical difficulties. This app is garbage.

I just downloaded this thing and I cant even use the app! It wont let me register onto the app and keeps saying it has "technical difficulties". I cant even use the thing! 0/10 would NOT use.

Twice recently I gone to a McDonalds to use an in app coupon, only to have the app say its unavailable at this time. Embarrassing, but this AM I walked out with nothing, and had a great breakfast across the street at Dunkin. Youre not a rinky-dink corporation, McDonalds... get your act together!

McCafe rewards rarely works or employees dont know what to do. App is poorly written and often wont log you in. Save your time and memory on your iPhone dont get it
