Of a day when companies stop hiring 12 year olds to develop their apps. I wonder who had the grand idea of requiring you to sign in to view deals knowing that their app is "experiencing technical difficulties" 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you dont want people to get discounts then just take the app down ffs

When ever I want to use the app it says its experiencing technical difficulties. Why have an app if its never going to work.

App not functional for weeks now.

Every time when you are in the McDonalds to buy something and try use the app, it never works, keep say "something went wrong", " cant Log in " " no deal found it this time" all kind of bs. They deals is good but the app is terrible.

Worse than their food.

I have gone to McDonalds on multiple occasions to use a coupon on the app and it would not work. The app states that it is experiencing technical difficulties... but this has happened numerous time. On one occasion the associate honored what I would have gotten from the coupon (free hash brown). The next time at a different store the manager was highly rude and didnt try to understand and acted like it was our fault it didnt work. Very frustrating!

Nice coupons and rewards but frustrating that animations slow it down, and occasionally I havent been able to log in.

Stop with all the animations and just make the deals load quicker. This is the only app I have to launch when I leave the house to make sure it will load by the time I get there. Missed a lot of punches watching bouncing fries.

I love this app I have gotten so much food with it but I have a suggestion when you go on the menu tab and look at food it should say the price and also if there are any deals with it

Been using the app for months and cant believe how much money it has saved me!! Just put it in front of the device on the counter and "Voila!" If you like any food or drink at McDonalds youre crazy not to use it.

I used this app for the deals, and it worked great. When mobile ordering came up, I was excited as it would make ordering much easier than a drive-thru speaker. The order goes in fine, but after arriving at the restaurant, it crashed and could never restart. I am now far away from the restaurant and it still will not start, even after a reboot of my phone! The manager told me that when you get within 100 yards of the restaurant, the order pops up on their screens and you are supposed to tell the app how you want to pick it up. I guess that part is broken

Its always having difficulties. So far, i havent been able to order online

Can not use!?? Whats wrong?

Every time I go too use it, it takes me to my home screen and logs me out and wont let me log back in and it pisses me off

Cant access deals

Every time I try to use this app, it either says I was unable to log in, or it will say that the McCafe stamps are unavailable. This app use to be good but theres too many issues with it.

The deals are great.... when the app works! It frequently glitches and doesnt let you log in. Very annoying.

And you need to login to use any deal

Sometimes it works and sometimes it dont. Continuous errors about a menu item not available and experiencing technical difficulties [error: 10001]

Works most of the time but, logs you out at the most inconvenient times (right as your going to McDonalds to use it) occasionally. Tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone. Get the same error.
