Not only have the coffee purchase counts disappeared. I'm having a hard time using my free cup rewards. When I scan - it says invalid . So all those coffee purchases added up to nothing ! Because of the rewards program and app coupons, I started to frequent McDonalds more. I'll be returning to Tony's in my hometown where I can get 2 eggs, 2 toast and Hashbrowns served to my table for $1.99 with a $1.50 coffee purchase . Complete full breakfast for $3.50 !

I hope they get this issue resolved soon!! Glad to see it's not just my phone.

If you use for mobile ordering you are going to be disappointed. Received an error message. It does not work.

I used this app since i love the coffee there at mcdonalds and after my 5th purchase inwould get one free; but no more!! Why did mcdonalds eliminate free mc cafe?

Overall, the app is useful, but so far it was take away 3 coffees that I earned. I havent used it for ordering, but not getting promised coffee will send me to Burger King instead. :(

Been using this since it became available- it was working fine for the last year or so- why did I download the update????!!!??? what is up with that!!!! Fix it now please!!!!

I tried mobile ordering and order went through ok. Got a receipt showing my card was ran. Waited 30 minutes, store number went to voicemail. I gave up and left. Called mcdonalds app support, and was told I need to file a dispute with credit card company. Doesnt seem like the back end systems are ready right now.

If you aren't going to have a rewards program don't advertise one on TV

Please put the mcafe rewards back on... I just gave a class on saving money. Well now, Everyone is texting that the rewards program is gone. Why? You could atleast of courtesy given head notice. Not very professional.

You can ONLY USE when ALREADY at a certain restaurant!!!!!!!!!!! Most people choose to go somewhere because of a coupon they have they can use!!!!!! NOT to be told they cant use it!!! I was 3 miles from a restaurant and found coupons. When I got there those coupons were gone!!!!!! There were only valid at another restaurant the app locked into!!!!

I have been using this app for a month now once a week with no problems!! It has saved me a lot of money 25% off meals, free med fries on Fridays, free happy meals, $2 off. Love it!!

The app is terrible. Unfortunately, the employees have no idea what is on the app or how to even use it. The managers dont want to help you. When you call corporate they have no idea how to use the app. I have bought five coffees and Im supposed to get my sixth one free. This is the third time Ive gone through the round and every time Im supposed to get my free one it states that I have made no past purchases and never offers the free coffee. I brought it up to the manager at my nearby location and one of them said just to let her know every time. Which I feel bad because its not really her place to have to do that when the app should automatically do it on its own. Another manager refused to help me and had no problem giving me corporates number. I never understand how McDonalds has probably one of the worst customer service skills and fast food that Ive seen. You can tell that they dont take any pride in it they should probably get with Chick-fil-A and get some training from them.

You can enter your order anytime, but the store does not start assembling the order till you pull into the parking lot. So the delay in travel time when they could be preparing the order is completely lost. I ordered a Bigmac without pickles and a fish sandwich, and it took 16 minutes from the time pulled into the parking lot (timed on a stopwatch) before they walked the order out to the car. I would have excepted 5 minutes or less had they started preparing the order while I was enroute. Bottom line, it would have been less complicated and taken less time to just use the drive thru menu board.

Since the update app is super slow to load deals. I get notifications for deals on my iPhone like tiger scored 6 runs get 6 piece for free but they dont appear on the app when I try to cash out.

I have been using the coupon code generated by the app for over two months. They work less than half the time. I got frustrated and stopped trying the code. Whats the point of giving out codes that are not working?

Updated this morning and was able to save a few bucks at lunch using a "deal". Easy to navigate after spending a minute to become familiar with the new look.

Great job with the new Ordering capabilities. Im lovin it!

Incredibly smooth app with awesome deals! Highly recommend.
