Same 10 deals never switch it up for anything new. Then it takes up so much space for nothing

When you buy 4 mcafès with the app, the 5th one is supposed to be free, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I get to 4, it resets all the way back to zero.

Bad app crashes and would constantly drain the battery and deals usually arent the best

The coupons are great, mobile ordering is awesome! I do feel that some McDonalds staff members could use some training on how to scan coupons or enter them in manually so that they can honor the coupon weather it scans or not. Other than that, I think its amazing.

The App is always freezing, it can be working as soon as I walk into a McDonalds it stops working this is so sad. If it actually functioned it would be cool.

Wednesdays are kids meals BIGO free. App is not working and they even checked my phone at the store and says its not my problem the app is down. Why have an app that doesnt work.

Just downloaded the app today and went into McDonalds to use the free mcflurry with any purchase coupon. Cashier tried scanning it twice, it wouldnt work and then went to talk to her manager. She came back and said the manager told her if it isnt working its already been used lol I literally just downloaded the app and was attempting to use one of the coupons for the first time. Seems like a marketing scam just to get people to come in and then charge them full price anyways.

Im just downloaded the app while at home and saw some good deals. Packed the kids in the car and drove to McDonalds. Connected to their wifi just for the app not to work any longer. Keep receiving a message technical difficulties and to try again later! So much for getting a good deal.. deleting app

I use this app every time I visit. In the beginning when this app first came out it was a mess, but now the McDonalds near me has gotten their s#*t together. Some people mentioned the app not loading the Deals when youre there; this is more likely a fault with your internet service, not the app itself. Just pull up your coupon BEFORE ordering and you wont have to worry about looking like an idiot waiting on it to load.

This app use to work PERFECTLY all the time. Giving me great coupons and knowing where I was because each McDonalds offers and honors different coupons. This app use to work flawlessly and give me coupons I use to use all the time (especially the "2 breakfast sandwiches for $4 and get the McGriddles. Yum) But now the app cant even figure out where I am, doesnt even give me coupons anymore and cant remember that Im logged in all the time and Ive repeatedly checked the "keep me logged in" box every time, yet I have to re-log in EVERY TIME! Come on McDonalds, GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER AND FIX THIS NONSENSE! I WANT MY GOSH DARN MCGRIDDLE SANDWICHES AGAIN!!! MAKE THE APP WORK AGAIN! MMGA! MAKE MCDONALDS GREAT AGAIN!

How can you continue to have errors?? You have had like 4 updates but you cant fix the (-1037) error! Just make the app work!

It is basically junk.

The app will never honor the free mccafe drink of buying 5 get 1 free. I feel like its a joke or someone needs to update their programming on the app so it actually works. Its a waste of time to scan each drink and then never be rewarded with the free one thats promised. It just starts over and over and over. So sad.
